SHIPPING
- Shipping is free if order value is 1000 rs across India.
- We generally ship your order within 1 or 2 days after the payment has been received.
- For photo replica product, time will be intimated while confirmation of order. It takes minimum of one month or even more depending on work load.
- For digital products like courses, they will be available as soon payment is done , links will automatically unlock for users will get access to content instantly. Users can log in with ID created at time of registration.
- Products which need personalization (name on nameplate , or any other product which need custom work ) need the extra time of at least 6 – 8 days so please keep in concern this point when placing an order of custom done items.
- Standard shipping takes 5-8 working days depending upon delivery locations.
- The transit time given by courier company is only an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner.
- No dispatches on weekends and holidays.
- Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns in India and also worldwide. If you are ordering from abroad, shipping cost will be intimated before u place order.
International Shipping
- Our minimum international shipping charges are Rs. 3000 per order with upto 2 products. For every additional 2 products, we charge Rs. 1,000 extra. In case of replica order, volume charges are to be paid as creations are packed very well in medium size cartoon. 6000-8000 rs extra for international replica orders. Final prices will be intimated once address is given at time of confirming the order.
- Shipping times vary from country to country. Typically delivered within a maximum 3 weeks (but mostly it is much earlier!)
- Any duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by customers.
- There is no transit insurance.
- Please do note that delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather conditions, etc.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
There could be certain circumstances where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as your original order. Although these situations might be beyond our control in such circumstances, we will replace the product at no extra cost if we verify that we made an error. There is no refund for digital products.
We must be notified within 24 hours from delivery of any defects with a detail of the product that is defective or damaged. We may request that you return 100% of a defective order within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order. Return shipment costs for authorized return will be reimbursed by us. We are not liable for errors committed by you regarding personalizing a product such as misspelling, bleeds, grammar & punctuation mistakes, pattern style or image resolution. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.). All orders are processed after we receive full payment for the same. All major credit and debit cards, net banking and PAYTM accepted. C.O.D is not available on any product.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is ready for dispatch. Once a product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. There is no cellelation for replica orders after booking . Refund of money, will be only in form of coupons which you can use to purchase any product from store, no cash refund is possible.
CARDHOLDER PAYMENT LIABILITY
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder.
